A new nanny or babysitter position is defined as a workplace where a childcare specialist is employed by Smart Sitting or a family to provide the highest level of customized childcare and give personalized attention to the family’s children. Referring a nanny, babysitter, or family to our network position qualifies for the referral bonus.

The most important qualities we look for in everyone with whom we work is shared core values. We are: adaptable, professional, supportive, genuine, and accountable. For prospective nannies and babysitters, we also look at these qualifications.

Once your referral is either approved as a nanny or babysitter in our network or a family launches a new nanny or babysitter search, we will reach out to you directly about the initial $50 referral. If you are a SmartFamily in the network, we will apply $50 to your account.
